Prior to joining XCircle, Hein managed his own company in South Africa and was instrumental in driving the success of being a leading ICT provider in Africa. He is passionate about using technology to improve efficiency and competitiveness, and is committed to building a strong, values-driven culture at XCircle.

Justin Kellerman serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at XCircle, bringing invaluable industry experience to the role. In his capacity as COO, Justin is entrusted with driving XCircle’s overall operations, technical strategy, fostering innovation, and successfully delivering major projects.
Prior to joining XCircle, Justin held distinguished leadership positions at where he played a pivotal role in the design, execution and delivery of significant internal and external major capital projects spanning the globe.
In his free time, Justin enjoys kiteboarding, coaching junior cricket and spending time with his son and dog at the beach.
Pierre is the Managing Director of XCircle, with over 30 years of experience in the industry, and has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field.
Before joining XCircle, Pierre held various leadership positions in South Africa and played a crucial role in driving Jag Engineering. He is known for his design capabilities and strong manufacturing knowledge with a vast experience with Amada machinery, being an industry leader in their field. He is committed to ensuring that XCircle delivers the highest quality products and services to its customers.
In his free time, Pierre enjoys swimming and cycling.
Heinri is the Production Manager of XCircle and is responsible for overseeing the production of XCircle’s products and ensuring that they meet the highest quality standards.
Heinri is known for his extensive knowledge and leadership in running a product through production. Ever since XCircle has opened its doors, Heinri has assisted in the production flow and setting up the workshop layout as well as training and assisting the team in production. Heinri is committed to optimizing XCircle’s production processes and delivering top-notch products to its customers.
In his free time, Heinri enjoys a BBQ with friends and family, and taking his ute for a 4×4 trip.
Bernadine is the Finance Manager at XCircle. She is responsible for managing the company’s financial operations and ensuring that XCircle is financially healthy and sustainable.
Prior to joining XCircle in June 2022, Bernadine held a position as an auditor where she had gained her financial skills and knowledge and played a key role in developing her Charted Accountants of Australia and New Zealand qualifications. She is known for her ability to work under pressure, ethical behaviour, excellent communication skills and is committed to driving financial success for XCircle.
In her free time, Bernadine enjoys Pilates, long strolls on the beach and always has time for a good coffee.
